About The Beauty And The Bouquet

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My name is Ashley Dowdy, and I am the owner and florist for The Beauty and the Bouquet. I have been creating custom floral designs since 2022 when I did the flowers for my very own wedding. However, my floral background reaches back to 2015 when I took a floral design course in college. I learned many of my basic skills in this course and since then have been growing my talent. Day to day I am an agriculture teacher, and thankfully this job allows me to practice and teach my floral skills to students. The Beauty and the Bouquet started just shortly after my own wedding, when I decided I was interested in making this a "side-gig" to my teaching career. I have since created custom pieces for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, school events, sympathy arrangements, and many more.
